- During these years……Managed, Bartended, and Valet Parked Cars at Mulino’s of Westchester (White Plains, N.Y.), Edmundo’s Italian Restaurant (Eastchester, N.Y.), Scores Men’s Caberet (N.Y., N.Y.)
Moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the later part of 1997
- Managed and Bartended at TreVisi and La Scala Italian Restaurants in the MGM Grand Hotel
- These 2 restaurants were connected and owned by Franco Nuschese whom also owns Café Milano in Washington, D.C.
Moved to Dallas, Texas March of 1999 to open Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse alongside world renowned restaurateur Phil Romano
* Climbed from Assistant Manager to General Manager during the years of
1999 and 2000
* Climbed from General Manager to Operating Partner during the years of 2001
And 2002
- Maintained this position with Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse until 2008
- Opened Medici Lounge for Phil Romano. Operated Medici during its entirety (2004, 2005, 2006)
- Assisted in the Opening of Il Mulino’s (Dallas, TX)
- May 2008, Left Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse and Romano Concepts

- Received 4 Stars in the Dallas Morning News and D Magazine named Bella
