Moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the later part of 1997

Managed and Bartended at TreVisi and La Scala Italian Restaurants in the MGM Grand Hotel
These 2 restaurants were connected and owned by Franco Nuschese whom also owns Café Milano in Washington, D.C.

Moved to Dallas, Texas March of 1999 to open Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse alongside world renowned restaurateur Phil Romano

* Climbed from General Manager to Operating Partner during the years of 2001

Maintained this position with Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse until 2008
